  SECTIONS
 
  The PSA 3D Division offers one slide section for the 2016 PSA International:

 
  (1) Open

 
  All acceptances are eligible for 3D Star Ratings subject to the requirements of the 3D Division and for listing in PSA Who's Who in Photography.

An entry consists of up to four 3D pairs in a section by a single person. Entries in each section will be distributed
throughout 4 rounds for judging using a 15 point scoring system (1-5 points / judge).

 
  The exhibition is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization or its agent, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not conform to the exhibition rules and conditions.

 
  ENTRY FEES
 
  An entry consists of 1 through 4 images in the same section by a single person.

  PayPal is available for payment online. Please note that you do not need a personal PayPal account to pay using our PayPal, just a valid debit or credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, American Express). Please do not combine payments for the 3D Print sections with payments for the 3D Digital or Slide sections or for other Divisions in this Exhibition. Do not submit payments for other people on the same transaction. If you do have your own personal PayPal account you must still use the Exhibition's PayPal form to submit your payment to receive proper credit.

Entrants may pay in US Dollars by cash or check . All checks must be made payable to “PSA” and must be drawn on a US bank. Entrants are requested to notify the 3D Print Chairman if they intend to pay by cash or check. IRC's are not an acceptable form of payment.

Any entry without paid entry fees at the time of judging will not be judged.

  MAKER'S NAME
 
  The maker’s name and/or the image title must not be in the image area or in any other area visible to the judges of any digital files, slides or prints. This includes copyrights.

 
  PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED IMAGES
 
  An image (or a nearly identical in-camera duplicate) previously accepted in any PSA International 3D or Stereo Division section, regardless of media, is not eligible for entry in any 3D Division section of the 2016 PSA International.

An image previously accepted in any PSA Recognized Exhibition may not be retitled and submitted in any PSA Recognized Exhibition or in the PSA International with the new title.

 
  Informative Note: PSA Recognized Exhibitions are not "THE" PSA International Exhibition. Images accepted in PSA Recognized Exhibitions but not in a past 3D or stereo section of the PSA International Exhibition may be submitted in the 3D sections of the 2016 PSA International provided they meet the 3D requirements.

 
  DUPLICATE IMAGES
 
  An image may be entered in only one section of the 2016 PSA International regardless of Division or Media.
All acceptances of that image will be revoked if multiple acceptances of the same image are discovered after judging.

 
  QUALIFIED IMAGE STATEMENT
 
  Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures of object via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his/her own and permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This will include the Exhibition (audio-visual program) of the accepted images to be shown at the 2016 PSA Conference, low resolution posting of accepted images on a web site, one DVD of all 2016 3D acceptances to the 3D Exhibition Standards Director for exhibition records, and may include use in the PSA Journal. Images where entrants do not give this permission will be declined and entry fees forfeited.

The exhibition assumes no liability of any misuse of copyright. All final work must be on photographic film, or in an electronic file, or on photographic or electronic print material, mounting excepted. Images may be altered, either electronically or otherwise, by the entrant. Artwork or computer graphics created by the entrant may be incorporated if the photographic content predominates, subject to divisional restrictions.

 
  CATALOG
 
  An online 3D Division PDF Catalog listing all acceptances in all four 3D Division Sections of the 2016 PSA International Exhibition is included with your entry fee. You can download the catalog using a link on the Exhibition Web Site www.psa-photo.org/psa-international. You can save the Catalog as an electronic file and/or print it out. This Catalog will contain the same information that will be provided to the 3D Division Star Ratings Director. It includes color reproductions of the medal winning images. Printed hard copies of the Catalog will not be mailed to the entrants.

  Entrants of prints awarded any PSA Medal (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) shall submit a 260 ppi digital tiff version of the winning image within 5 days after receiving notice of the award for possible publication in the PSA Journal. Images of entrants not submitting the digital version will not be published.

 
  BREACH OF CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
 
  If the exhibition determines before, during, or after the judging that an entrant has submitted entries where one or more images fail to comply with these Conditions of Entry, including the stated definitions, the exhibition reserves the right and discretion to delete the entry from the exhibition and void any or all acceptances or awards. Fees will be forfeited in these circumstances.

In order to ensure that images comply with the Conditions of Entry and definitions, the exhibition may carry out checks on the images to make sure that:
    a) the images are the original work of the entrant and
    b) the images comply with the rules and definitions as set out in these Conditions of Entry.
This may involve asking the entrant to provide originally captured image(s), with EXIF data intact, by a set deadline.

The questioned image(s) of any entrant failing to comply with such a request for the original image(s) may be considered in breach of these Conditions of Entry, and declined. Such entries may be referred to PSA for further investigation of possible ethics violations.

PSA retains the right to investigate in any way all complaints/suspicions of breaches of entry conditions, impose sanctions if deemed necessary, and share such investigations with FIAP. Entrants automatically agree to these terms by the act of entering the Exhibition.

WARNING: An entry received from an exhibitor under sanction by PSA at the time of entry will not be included in the judging and the entry fees will be forfeited.

 
  TITLES
 
  Each Image must have a unique title. Once an image has been accepted in any PSA Recognized Exhibition, regardless of section or Division, that same image, or a like “in camera” or a “reproduction” duplicate of that image may not be retitled if used in any other PSA Recognized Exhibition. Words such as "Untitled" and "No Title" are not acceptable as part or all of an image's title, nor are camera capture filenames.

Titles will not be read aloud during judging.

Please limit titles to 35 characters including spaces and punctuation. The Entry Form software will clip any excess characters resulting in an incomplete title for inclusion in the Acceptance Records. This will cause problems when applying for Star Ratings.

Titles used for a 3D image in one media (Slide, Print or Digital) must be used for that same image in all other 3D media.

 
  IMAGE SIZE
 
  3D transparencies must be accurately mounted in a mount 1-5/8 inches x 4 inches. Both 5 and 7 sprocket hole transparency widths are eligible. Permission to do necessary remounting for proper projection is a condition of entry.

 
  PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS
 
  Accepted slides including award winners will be shown at the 2016 PSA International Conference in San Antonio, Texas between September 10, 2016 and September 17, 2016.

 
  EMAIL SPAM BLOCKING
 
  Entry Form emails and Report Cards will be sent to entrants via email from 3ddinternational@psa-photo.org. Please be sure that this email address has been included in your “safe” email addresses to assure receipt of these emails instead of having them blocked by your security system. Also check your Junk E-Mail or spam folder to see if your email software placed any
messages from the exhibition there.

Entry Form emails and Report Cards will be computer-generated emails. Computer-generated emails are automatically blocked by some internet email servers so please contact them in accordance with their instructions to allow any computer generated emails from the email address above if they do not show up in either your Inbox or your Junk E-Mail folder.

PayPal confirmation for online payments will come directly from PayPal using the sender name via PayPal as the sender name and member@paypal.com as the sender email. It will be addressed to you using your name as entered on the PayPal page.

 
  DOUBLE CHECK
 
  Please review the information you filled in before clicking the Submit button. After you click submit, you will receive two emails, one with an entry form for the slide section and one with the mailing label to send in your entry. The entry forms will be filled in with the information you provided. Please review the information you entered. If you made any errors, especially any typos in the Titles, please contact the 3D Slide Chairman by going to the 3D Slide menu on the Exhibition Web Site and clicking on Send Email to Chairman to resolve. The information you entered on the entry form, including names, titles, city and countries, will be the ones listed in the Catalog if the images are accepted.

 
  SUBMITTING ENTRIES
 
  Prior to shipping your slides, you must complete the appropriate on-line 3D Entry Form. These filled-in forms must be mailed with the slides to the address indicated on the Entry Form.

After you have carefully read these “Information and Conditions of Entry”, go to the bottom of these "Information and Conditions of Entry" and click on the 3D SLIDE ENTRY FORM button to be taken to the 3D Slide Entry Form. Fill out the entry form and submit it. As indicated above, after pressing submit you will receive an email for the slide section. This must be included with your slides. Also include cash or check (Made out to "PSA") for Entry Fees is not paying by PayPal.

Do not use Print Screen to capture and print the data entry form. If you have trouble using the On-Line Entry Form please contact the 3D Slide Chairman by going to the 3D Menu on the Exhibition Web Site and clicking on Send Email to Section Chairman to resolve.

Slides should be packaged so the shipping materials can be reused to return the prints to you.
