My father-in-law gave me my first 35mm camera over 35 years ago. That one camera and one lens was such a fun way to capture the events of my family as they grew up. As I look back at it, that gift may be one of the best gifts I have ever received.

As a district manager and store manager for several major retailers, I had the pleasure of selecting, training and developing people for their career aspirations. Doing the same in the photography world is one of my new goals.

Living in California offers seemingly endless photography opportunities. My photography bucket list is growing every day.
