Each year, PSA conducts an international exhibition, with all six divisions offering at least 2 sections. Several divisions usually have more.
We are saddened by the loss of Dan Charbonnet and Howard Zatulove who contributed so much to the PSA International over the years. We miss them for their wisdom and experience. Let this exhibition be a tribute to these two valiant volunteers of the PSA.

These circumstances has led to a change in the way this exhibition is organized this year as below. Please note that there are different closing dates, depending upon the exhibition.
The Digital exhibition will close on July 6th, and will take the form of an eight section, two judging (salon) exhibition with judges drawn from all over the world.

The PSA 3D Division offers six sections for the 2021 PSA International
Any given 3D image may be entered in only one 3D section of the 2020 PSA International regardless of media.

Use the maximum quality for each of your .jpg images that does not result in a file size larger than 2.5Mb (2500k).
3D print cards must not be less than 7 inches x 3.5 inches and must not exceed 7 inches x 4 inches mounted for viewing.
3D digital images entered in the 3D Human Interest section must show activities that people do including work, sports and play. The emphasis should be on the individual's role in the activity rather than group activity.
The exhibition is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization or its agent, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not conform to the exhibition rules and conditions.
An entrant’s images will not be presented to the judges consecutively. An entrant’s four images will be distributed throughout four rounds of judging for that section. Distribution of images shall be in the same round order as submitted by the entrant.
Titles will not be read aloud during judging.
Each Image must have a unique title. Once an image has been accepted in any PSA Recognized Exhibition, regardless of section or Division, that same image, or a like “in camera” or a “reproduction” duplicate of that image:
Please limit titles to 35 characters including spaces and punctuation. The Entry Form software will clip any excess characters resulting in an incomplete title on the Entry Form for inclusion in the Acceptance Records. This will cause problems when applying for Star Ratings.
The maker’s name and/or the image title must not be in the image area or in any other area visible to the judges of any digital files, slides or prints. This includes copyrights.
Titles used for a 3D image in one media (Print or Digital) must be used for that same image in all other 3D media.
The target acceptance rate will be between 35% and 45% in each Section.
Emphasis should be on the individual's role in the work activity rather than group activity.
Images entered in the 3D Close-up/Macro section must have been taken with a lens base (separation) of 25mm (1") or smaller.
An image (or a nearly identical in-camera duplicate) previously accepted in any PSA International 3D or Stereo Division section, regardless of media, is not eligible for entry in any 3D Division section of the 2020 PSA International.
An image previously accepted in any PSA Recognized Exhibition may not be retitled and resubmitted in any PSA Recognized Exhibition or in the PSA International with a new title.
Informative Note: PSA Recognized Exhibitions are not "THE" PSA International Exhibition. Images accepted in PSA Recognized Exhibitions but not in a past 3D or Stereo section of the PSA International Exhibition may be submitted in the 3D sections of the 2020 PSA International provided they meet the 3D requirements.
An image may be entered in only one section of the 2020 PSA International regardless of Division or Media.
All acceptances of that image will be revoked if multiple acceptances of the same image are discovered after judging.
Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures of object via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his/her own and permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting of accepted images on a web site, and may include use in the PSA Journal. Images where entrants do not give this permission will be declined and entry fees forfeited.
The exhibition assumes no liability of any misuse of copyright. All final work must be on photographic film, or in an electronic file, or on photographic or electronic print material, mounting excepted. Images may be altered, either electronically or otherwise, by the entrant. Artwork or computer graphics created by the entrant may be incorporated
if the photographic content predominates, subject to divisional restrictions.
Informative Note: PSA Journal policy requires a model release signed by the subject for publication of any model images in the Journal. This policy also applies to close-ups of people not taken in a public place. It is the entrant's responsibility to get such a release at the time the image is captured. Do not submit releases unless requested.
By entering this exhibition, you are explicitly consenting to the personal details you have supplied, including email addresses, being held, processed, and used by the exhibition organizers for purposes associated with this exhibition. You also explicitly consent to such information being sent to organizations that have accorded official recognition,
patronage, or accreditation to this exhibition. You acknowledge and accept that entering this exhibition means the status and results of your entry may be made public. Email addresses and contact information will not be made public.
If the exhibition determines before, during, or after the judging that an entrant has submitted entries where one or more images fail to comply with these Conditions of Entry, including the stated definitions, the exhibition reserves the right and discretion to delete the entry from the exhibition and void any or all acceptances or awards. Fees may be forfeited in these circumstances.
In order to ensure that images comply with the Conditions of Entry and definitions, the exhibition may carry out checks on the images to make sure that:
a) the images are the original work of the entrant and
b) the images comply with the rules and definitions as set out in these Conditions of Entry.
This may involve asking the entrant to provide originally captured image(s), with EXIF data intact, by a set deadline.
The questioned image(s) of any entrant failing to comply with such a request for the original image(s) may be considered in breach of these Conditions of Entry, and declined. Such entries may be referred to PSA for further investigation of possible ethics violations.
PSA retains the right to investigate in any way all complaints/suspicions of breaches of entry conditions, impose sanctions if deemed necessary, include the entrant's name on the list of sanctions provided to Exhibitions, and share such investigations with FIAP. Entrants automatically agree to these terms by the act of entering the Exhibition.
WARNING: An entry received from an exhibitor under sanction by PSA at the time of entry will not be included in the judging and the entry fees will be forfeited.

Qualified alternate judges will be used if necessary due to any COVID-19 problems.
An online 3D Division PDF Catalog listing all acceptances in both 3D Division Media of the 2020 PSA International Exhibition is included with your entry fee. You can download the catalog using a link on the Exhibition Web Site www.psa-photo.org/psa-international. You can save the Catalog as an electronic file and/or print it out. This Catalog will contain the same information that will be provided to the 3D Division Star Ratings Director. It includes color reproductions of the medal winning images. Printed hard copies of the Catalog will not be mailed to the entrants.

Additional PSA Silver Medals, Bronze Medals and Honorable Mention Ribbons will be awarded depending on the number of entries received.
Convert digital image files to sRGB color space to provide the best image quality under the conditions used for judging the exhibition and producing the exhibition show. Other color spaces or undefined color spaces may degrade your images and result in lower scores. Do not use CMYK color space. CMYK images will not be accepted or shown to the judges.
You are not required to follow any naming convention for your .jpg files but be sure your original FILE NAME ONLY USES ENGLISH CHARACTERS. Foreign characters in the filenames can cause problems with the upload software. The online entry form software will properly rename your files to meet the needs of our exhibition software.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no public exhibition of the accepted Images and award winners but they will be displayed in Galleries on the PSA Website.
Confirmations of entry submittals and Report Cards will be sent to entrants via email from email@example.com. Please be sure that this email address has been included in
your “safe” email addresses to assure receipt of these emails instead of having them blocked by your security system. Also check your Junk E-Mail or spam folder to see if your email software placed any messages from the exhibition there.
Confirmations of entry submittals and Report Cards will be computer-generated emails. Computer-generated emails are automatically blocked by some internet email servers so please contact them in accordance with their instructions to allow any computer generated emails from the email address above if they do not show up in either your Inbox or your Junk E-Mail folder. Please note that you will be receiving six entry confirmation emails, one for each section offered whether you entered that section or not.
PayPal confirmation for online payments will come directly from PayPal using the sender name via PayPal as the sender name and firstname.lastname@example.org as the sender email. It will be addressed to you using your name as entered on the PayPal page.
All digital files must be submitted On-Line using the 3D Digital Entry Form. After you have carefully read these “Information and Conditions of Entry”, and after double checking to make sure each 3D pair has both images in one file no larger than 3840 pixels wide, with the left image on the left and the right image on the right, go to the bottom of these "Information and Conditions of Entry" and click on the 3D DIGITAL ENTRY FORM button to be taken to the 3D Digital Image Entry Form. When the Entry Form comes up, fill it out
completely, attach your image files and submit them.
Digital entries on CD via postal mail will not be accepted.
If you have trouble submitting your digital images on-line please contact the 3D Digital Chairman by going to the 3D Menu on the Exhibition Web Site and clicking on Send Email to Section Chairman to resolve.

Prior to shipping your prints you must complete the on-line 3D Print Entry Form. These filled-in forms must be mailed with the prints to the address indicated on the Entry Form.

After you have carefully read these “Information and Conditions of Entry”, go to the bottom of these "Information and Conditions of Entry" and click on the 3D PRINT ENTRY FORM button to be taken to the 3D Print Entry Form. Fill out the entry forrm and submit it. As indicated above, after pressing submit you will receive an email for each section whether you entered that section or not. All must be included with your prints for any sections you enter. Also a copy of the receipt you received from PayPal when paying your Entry Fees.
Do not use Print Screen to capture and print the print entry form and then fill it out by hand. If you have trouble using the On-Line Entry Form please contact the 3D Chairman by going to the 3D Menu on the Exhibition Web Site and clicking on Send Email to Section Chairman to resolve.
Prints should be packaged so the shipping materials can be reused to return the prints to you.
The Print Exhibition will consist of an eight section - Small Print Exhibition judged in England by Hoylake Photographic Society and West Cumbria Photo Group.
The closing date will be August 20th.
NOTE: In order to save postal costs, US and Canadian entrants may choose to send their prints to Jan Lee in the USA by August 10th. She will then arrange shipment to England.
