Laki has been a member of PSA since 2008 and lives in Tasmania, Australia.
He has been involved with photographic clubs from the late 1980s. His main interest is People, Sport and Macro photography.
Laki began photographing swimming events in Tasmania where he was invited as a principal photographer for two world short-course swimming championships.
He has received a number of international awards and has been accepted as a distinguished artist by the International Federation of Art Photography (FIAP) and also by the Australian Photographic Society as an Associate of the Society (AAPS) and in 2015 he received the distinction of PPSA.
