Lynn Troy Maniscalco, HonFPSA, EPSA·

Lynn Troy Maniscalco has presented programs and judged exhibitions throughout the US, Canada and Europe. She is a multi-star exhibitor in all six divisions and her photographs have been widely published, exhibited, and purchased for museum and private collections. After 25 years as a part-time photographer and teacher, she spent nine more as a full-time community photojournalist. The first woman worldwide to achieve Master Photojournalist, she is PJD's image evaluator and PSA's online mentor for storytelling photography. She won the Photo Story gold medal in 1985, 1987, and 1992, the Ollie Fife Award for Best Published Photo in 1994, 2008 and 2012, and was named PSA's 2002 Photojournalist of the Year.

After chairing PSA's Photojournalism Division from 1990 to 1994, she served as Divisions VP on the PSA Board of Directors from 1996 to 2005, chaired PSA’s International Understanding thorough Photography Award from 2013 to 2017, currently heads the Divisional Standardization Board and serves in three divisions. She is a Fellow and Past President of the Delaware Photographic Society, a Senior Fellow of the Wilmington International Exhibition, and an Honorary Fellow and past President of the Delaware Valley Council of Camera Clubs. A life member of PSA, she was awarded APSA in 1991, FPSA in 1996 and EPSA in 1997, received the Victor Scales Award for Long Service to PSA in 2006, earned editorial gold stars in 1995, 2009 and 2017, was elected Honorary PSA in 2012 and Honorary Fellow in 2019, and is PSA's 2018 Lifetime Achievement honoree. She has also been honored by the Delaware Press Association as their 2005 Communicator of Achievement in recognition of professional success and exemplary service.
