PSA Headquarters was formerly located on Walnut Street in Philadelphia, in a four-story townhouse. In 1988, the Executive Committee made the decision to move to a 3000 sq ft. suite of offices in Oklahoma City. In July of 2014, they moved to their present location on South Walker Avenue. Each spring, the PSA Board of Directors meets at Headquarters for its semi-annual Board meeting.

Office Manager Twila Bourlon (email@example.com
Twila Bourlon is the Office Manager (OM) and as such, she is responsible for overseeing the general operations of the Society. This includes, but is not limited to, financial and bookkeeping responsibilities, membership reports, supervising and delegating tasks to the HQ staff, dealing with member questions and concerns and providing support for all volunteer activities. Under the direct supervision of the PSA Secretary, the Office Manager will handle all day-to-day functions of the Society. Twila works Monday – Friday from 8 am – 4:30 pm and has been with PSA since May 2015.
Kathi Beam (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Kathi Beam as the Membership Coordinator maintains the membership database and answers questions and solves problems. Well versed in customer relations, Kathi receives and fields all membership inquiries. Kathi works Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm and has been with PSA since March 2015.
John R. Key (email@example.com)
John Key provides administrative assistance in all areas of the operation, including membership, mailings, office organization, and other projects as needed. John is an asset to Headquarters and provides various behind-the-scenes duties that keep Headquarters running smoothly. He has been with PSA since 2012. John works Monday – Thursday from 7 am to 12 noon.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Darrell McClanahan, PPSA (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Darrell McClanahan, PPSA, has the primary job of shipping all medals and ribbons to PSA-recognized International Exhibitions. This is in support of central mailing of medals to exhibitions instead of multiple mailings by the individual Exhibition Standards Directors. He also handles incentive packages, library and membership materials. He is our shipping and receiving clerk. Darrell works part time and has been with PSA since April 2015.
