The Recognition of Photographic Achievement (ROPA) program is looking for four volunteers to serve as assistant directors to work with the current ROPA Director. Each assistant would process a specific ROPA distinction level, and perform the tasks needed to complete the processing and approval of all applications meeting the minimum requirements.

Assistants should know the basics of using and creating Word Documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PDF documents. Assistants should be active international exhibitors, have at least a multi-star rating, and a ROPA distinction, preferably PPSA or above. Assistants should also have a good command of English.
Based on the applications submitted in 2018, the QPSA and PPSA assistants each should expect to review and process about three applications per week (150 per year). The EPSA assistant should expect to review and process about two applications per week (80 per year), and the MPSA/GMPSA assistant should expect to process about one application per week (50 per year). The assistant should be able to verify the information and request payment within 36-48 hours after receiving the application.
The average time required to complete all of the tasks for each “routine” application is about two hours per application.
Please contact the ROPA director at: email@example.com if interested.
PSA has an immediate need for as many 15 volunteers who would be willing to donate about 4-6 hours each week through February 2019, uploading Exhibition Data Acceptances Spreadsheet (EDAS) files in support of on-going acceptance database projects. The instructions are simple, straightforward and readily available at all times.
The work is rather similar to entering images to on-line contests and could be performed at the convenience of the volunteer.
