Leo Palmer, FPSA, MPSA

Leo Palmer was born, and still lives, in Northumberland in the North East of England. He joined the PSA in 1987 and has exhibited work, in most Divisions, internationally since then. He was awarded his APSA in 2000, FPSA in 2006, PPSA in 2005, EPSA 2009 and MPSA in 2011.

In 2005 his article “Monochrome from Color” was awarded the Elmore Chatham Memorial Award for the Best Feature Article in the PSA Journal.

Since 2004 he has served as CPID Honors and Awards Director as well as CPID Membership Director.

His photographic interests cover most categories and his aim is to study photography in all its forms, improve as a photographer and help others to do the same.
